Emotional freedom technique is a process also known as tapping, and is closely linked to acupuncture and pressure points. The technique itself was developed by Gary Craig in the 1990s. It is believed that our emotions and feeling can become stuck in our energy field, which in turn keeps us locked into a way of being.
EFT therapy is used by tapping on to various points around the body, where we can work on them, unlocking them and in turn freeing you from that place of feeling stuck.
As with all energy healing practices, again this is extremely effective and is a great combination therapy to use alongside Reiki or Hypnosis.
By accessing the energy within the pressure points, tapping on them and using words with that tapping motion, it helps to release the blocked energy and emotion.
