Couples Therapy is designed to help couples improve their relationships, resolve conflicts, build trust issues after infidelity and enhance emotional intimacy.

I provide a safe space for both partners to express their feelings, gain an understanding of each other and work through challenges as a team.

Learning effective communication skills, conflict resolution strategies and a renewed connection.

Individual therapy can be offered to any partner who may need some support with their mental health.
