A Reiki share helps practitioners and teachers come together to hold a healing space, talk about reiki and give each other healing.

So I must say, this evening of reiki and the number of people attending was phenomenal! The energy is the room at the Quaker friends meeting house in Darlington, was simply electric. Yet extremely peaceful too!
I first opened the circle with Jenny, Paul & Lucy with introductions around the room. There was 18 of us in total!
We then went in to a Hatsurei Ho meditation to get the energy flowing. More on Hatsurei ho here.
After that, we all split up into groups of 4/5 to give healing to each other for around 15 minutes each.
We then had a short break for 10 minutes, before we went in to a global healing meditation, which was simply beautiful. This was run by Paul Alltimes, who is a Reiki teacher and spiritualist. As well as Jenny's husband!
The response we received was amazing! So we are hoping to hold this on a 6 monthly basis all being well!
Its time for MEN to step forward and reap the benefits of Reiki healing!
Reiki greatly benefited myself when i was dealing with mental health issues, from anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
Reiki game me space to relax and to just be at total peace, while the energy was healing what needed to be done.
